For those who are attending the Convocation Ceremony: You are required to return to the Convocation robe within the stipulated period stated by the University.
Graduates may choose to return the convocation robe by themselves or send a representative to return the convocation robe on his/her behalf.
Charges may be imposed on graduates if the convocation robe is damaged (defined as torn/ tattered/ stained/ discolored or in conditions not fit to be worn for Convocation) or lost.
The robe set can be returned on convocation days, or within 1 week from your graduation date.
Any extension of rental, you will be charged with RM 25.00 on 6th December 2023 and RM 10.00 after subsequent days.
