🎓 ASSEMBLY & GRADUATES’ PROCESSION

📍 Assembly Instructions

All graduates are required to gather at Right & Left Upper Tier, Dewan Tun Canselor (DTC) in full dress with a convocation robe by 7.30 am (Morning Session) and 1.30 pm (Afternoon Session).

During the line-up process, you will be arranged according to the seating number as stated in the convo mobile app. Follow the instructions given during the assembly.

🏛️ Assembly at Right & Left Upper Tier (DTC)

Morning Session: 7:30 am

Afternoon Session: 1:30 pm

🚶‍♂️ Procession into Dewan Tun Canselor (DTC)

Morning Session: 8:00 am

Afternoon Session: 2:00 pm

⚠️ Graduands who FAILED to come on time may not be able to join the Graduates’ Procession and may be denied entry into the hall.

📜 Conferment of Degrees Procedure

During the conferment of the degrees, the graduands’ names will be announced accordingly as follows: Doctor of Philosophy, Masters Degree, Bachelors Degree and Diploma.

Once a graduand’s name is announced, he/she should walk straight to YBhg Tun Chancellor / YBhg Pro-Chancellor.

Bow as a mark of respect, receive the scroll with both hands, say “Thank You” and walk back to your seat.

Graduands must remain seated after receiving their scrolls. They are not allowed to leave the hall when the ceremony is in session. This is to ensure that the ceremony proceeds in an orderly manner.
