For those who are attending the Convocation Ceremony: You are required to return to the Convocation robe within the stipulated period stated by the University.
Graduates may choose to return the convocation robe by themselves or send a representative to return the convocation robe on his/her behalf.
Charges may be imposed on graduates if the convocation robe is damaged (defined as torn/ tattered/ stained/ discolored or in conditions not fit to be worn for Convocation) or lost.

Please directly make the arrangement with Ede & Ravenscroft (+603-4021 2000) or proceed to the Robe Counter if you want to purchase or the robe is damaged/lost (you must pay for the cost).
The purchase price for the set of robes as listed below.
Diploma Robe : RM 750 (inclusive of robe and hood)
Bachelor Robe : RM 850 (inclusive of robe, hood and mortar board)
Master Robe : RM 950 (inclusive of robe, hood and mortar board)
PhD Robe : RM 1200 (inclusive of robe, hood and bonnet)
The replacement charge for losing the graduation cap (mortarboard or bonnet) is RM185. This charge is inclusive/exclusive of the tassel. The same replacement charge also applies to the loss of the tassel alone.
