For those who are attending the Convocation Ceremony: You are required to return to the Convocation robe within the stipulated period stated by the University.
Graduates may choose to return the convocation robe by themselves or send a representative to return the convocation robe on his/her behalf.
Charges may be imposed on graduates if the convocation robe is damaged (defined as torn/ tattered/ stained/ discolored or in conditions not fit to be worn for Convocation) or lost.

Starts on 15 December 2025 any extension of robe rental, you will be charge with RM 150.00 + RM 200.00 (refundable deposit) = RM 350.00 and an additional RM 10.00 for each subsequent day.

The purchase price for the set of robes as listed below.
Diploma Robe : RM 600 (inclusive of robe and hood)
Bachelor Robe : RM 650 (inclusive of robe, hood and mortar board)
Master Robe : RM 750 (inclusive of robe, hood and mortar board)
PhD Robe : RM 850 (inclusive of robe, hood and bonnet)
