Convocation Items (certificate and academic transcript) will be released only after all outstanding fees are settled with the university.
Graduates are advised to collect their certificates and academic transcripts in person.

An authorized person is required to present the following documents upon collecting your convocation items:
a) The Authorisation Letter;
b) A copy of the Authorised Person’s NRIC/Passport.
The courier service is available only for graduands who choose not to attend the Convocation ceremony.
Graduands who are unable to collect their certificates and transcripts in person may request delivery via courier service.
Please note that the University will not be held liable for any loss or damage that may occur during the mailing process.
The system will be open starting 12 December 2025.
