CONVOCATION ROBE

In order for you to collect your convocation robe, please ensure you have completed the following process:

  1. Complete the Registration Process
  2. Paid the Gaduation Fees
  3. Upload and obtain confirmation of Alumni Profile Update
  4. Upload and obtain approval for the MOHE Graduate Tracer Study slip

Please collect your robe according to the schedule provided.

Robe Collection Instructions

Please read the following carefully before you proceed to the booking process.

  1. Please collect your robe according to the schedule provided.
  2. Please provide a hardcopy of email notification that you had received from robe vendor , at the robing counters (during collection and returning) for verification and acknowledgement.
  3. On behalf collecting the robe, please bring a copy of your student ID, email notification and proof of payment.

IMPORTANT NOTES :
Please ensure that your robe design/colour is according to your faculty and programme.

Robe Collection (by a Representative)

If you are unable to be physically present to collect the convocation robe, you may get assistance from your representative to collect it on your behalf. A representative is required to present the following documents upon collecting your convocation robe:

  • A copy of the Authorized Person’s NRIC/Passport.

A representative is allowed to represent up to three (3) graduands only. Graduands are fully responsible for the robes collected by the representative.

Before leaving the robe collection counter, graduands/representatives need to ensure that the robe received is complete (robe, mortarboard or hood – according to Diploma/Degree/Master/Doctorate)

Only graduands/representatives are allowed to be at the robe collection venue.

Robe Purchase / Damaged

Please directly make the arrangement with Ede & Ravenscroft (+603-4021 2000) or proceed to the Robe Counter if you want to purchase or the robe is damage/lost (you must pay for the cost).

The purchase price for the set of robes as listed below.

  • Diploma Robe : RM 600 (inclusive of robe and hood)
  • Bachelor Robe : RM 650 (inclusive of robe, hood and mortar board)
  • Master Robe : RM 750 (inclusive of robe, hood and mortar board)
  • PhD Robe : RM 850 (inclusive of robe, hood and bonnet)
