Graduates may collect their Certificate and Academic Transcript only after fulfilling all of the following requirements:
The collection of convocation items will take place as follows:
An authorized person is required to present the following documents upon collecting your convocation items:
a) The Authorisation Letter;
b) A copy of the Authorised Person’s NRIC/Passport.
The courier service is available only for graduands who choose not to attend the Convocation ceremony.
Graduands who are unable to collect their certificates and transcripts in person may request delivery via courier service.
Please note that the University will not be held liable for any loss or damage that may occur during the mailing process.
The system will be open starting 14 December 2026.
