FEES & PAYMENT

Graduation Fee

  1. All University fees must be fully settled as stipulated.
  2. The Graduation Fee is mandatory for all graduands, irrespective of their attendance at the convocation ceremony. The fee of RM 500 will be charged upon the student status being updated to Completed.
  3. Where applicable, the Graduation Fee will be offset against any available deposit or excess. In the absence of sufficient deposit, graduands are required to make full direct payment of the Graduation Fee.

Tuitions and Other Fees

Please take note that the University Management has stipulated that upon completion of study, a student has to settle all outstanding fees.

Failure to comply with this regulation will result in the following actions:

(a) The Degree Certificate and Academic Transcript will be withheld;
(b) The Award of Degree Letter will be withheld;
(c) The student will not be allowed to attend the convocation ceremony;
(d) The studentโ€™s name will not appear in the Registry of Graduates;
(e) No Verification Letter will be issued for the student.

Graduands are strongly advised to check their statement of account at CLiC by navigating to โ€œMain Menu -> Self Service -> Student Centerโ€ to verify any outstanding fees.ย 

Please note that payments must be made in FULL.

Step 1 : Select Fee Type "Convocation/Graduation" and enter the amount.
Step 2 : Enter your 10-digit student ID (The ID used in the career for you to graduate) and any other required fields.
Step 3 : Submit and choose the available payment method.
Step 4 : Proceed with the payment and wait for a few minutes until you receive the acknowledgement of the payment.

  • Payment via Flywires at Flywires.com.
  • A minimum payment amount of RM50.00 is required.

Please ensure you enter the correct 10-digit student ID. Failure to provide the correct ID may result in incorrect receipt and could affect your convocation registration process.
