CONVOCATION SOUVENIR

All Graduans will be receiving convocation souvenir as follows:

  • MALE GRADUANS: MMU TIE
  • FEMALE GRADUANS: MMU BROOCH

All graduates are REQUIRED to wear the MMU Tie (male) and MMU brooch (female) during the convocation ceremony.

In order for you to collect your convocation souvenir, please ensure you have completed the following process:

  1. Completed the Convocation Registration Process
  2. Paid the Graduation Fees
  3. Uploaded and received confirmation for your Alumni Profile Update
  4. Uploaded and obtained approval for the MOHE Graduate Tracer Study Slip

Note:

If you are unable to be physically present to collect the convocation souvenir, you may get assistance from your representative to collect it on your behalf.

A representative is required to present the following documents upon collecting your convocation souvenir:

  • A copy of the Authorized Person’s NRIC/Passport.
  • A representative is allowed to represent up to three (3) graduands only. Graduands are fully responsible for the souvenir collected by the representative.
  • Before leaving the souvenir collection counter, graduands/representatives need to ensure that the souvenir received is complete.

Only graduands/representatives are allowed to be at the souvenir collection venue.
