2. Only students whose names are listed in the List of 2026 Graduands and who have paid the Graduation Fee are eligible to proceed with the Convocation registration.
3. If your name is not listed, please check your graduation status in CLiC:
   • DATA CHANGE – No Action Reason
     Please contact your Faculty immediately to enquire about the status of your graduation application.
   • PENDING – GRAD (DATA CHANGE with Action Reason)
     Please contact the Examination & Records Unit (ERU) for further enquiry.
