Graduates are advised to collect their certificates and academic transcripts in person.

An authorized person is required to present the following documents upon collecting your convocation items:
a) The Authorisation Letter;
b) A copy of the Authorised Person’s NRIC/Passport.
Graduands unable to collect their certificates and transcripts in person can request delivery through courier services.
The cost of postage will be borne by the graduates.
The University will not be liable for any loss or damage that may occur during the mailing process.
The Courier Service system will be opened starting 12 December 2024.
