If you are unable to be physically present to collect your convocation attire, you may appoint a representative to collect it on your behalf. In such cases, a completed authorization form is required for the representative to collect the convocation attire.

Important Note

The graduate must complete and sign this Authorisation Form.

1. Complete this Authorisation Form and ensure it is signed by the graduate.
2. Attach a copy of the graduate's MyKad or Passport with this form.
3. Show the graduate QR Code from the Convo Apps at the souvenir & robe collection counter.
4. Present the original and provide a copy of the representative's MyKad or Passport to the counter.
5. A representative is permitted to collect robes for a maximum of three (3) graduands.
6. The respective graduands are fully responsible for the robes collected on their behalf.
7. Return the convocation attire by showing the QR Code to the counter.
8. Refer to the Convocation Website for details regarding the collection and return of convocation attire.
