Graduation Status

Check your graduation status at this link: https://convocation.mmu.edu.my/list-of-class-of-2024/. Please note that your status will only change to “GRADUATED” once the faculty has presented your details for Senate endorsement.

If your name is not listed, you are required to contact your faculty for further arrangements.

Final Year, Final Trimester Students of Trimester July/August 2024 (Term 2420):

Your faculty will present the Graduation List by 14 November 2024, tentatively.

ERU will issue the Award of Degree Letter and register your name on the List of 2024 Graduates within three (3) working days from the Senate date.

You may check your graduation status on the List of 2024 Graduates by 19 November 2024 (Tuesday) at the latest.

Check Your Details for Certificate and Transcript Printing

MMU requires that your name on your student record match your full legal name. This should be the name exactly as it appears on the photographic identity document (usually the passport & MyKad) used during registration. Your full name will appear on your transcript and degree certificate.

If you have legally changed your name (e.g., through marriage or other legal means), please upload a copy of the legal documents supporting this change (such as an updated passport & MyKad or marriage certificate—must be a certified true copy).

Please email your application with the required documentation to exam@mmu.edu.my before 30 October 2024. No changes will be made if the requested supporting documentation is not attached, or if the request is received after 30 October 2024.

Your Convocation Items will be sent to the registered Security Printing Company for further action.

Changing Your Name After Receiving Convocation Items

Records cannot be changed retrospectively after receiving the Convocation Items. It is your responsibility to ensure that your name is recorded correctly and matches your ID document. Even if you have legally changed your name, we are unable to amend your student record retrospectively to reflect this change after graduation. The certificate and transcript are legal documents, and we cannot amend them post-graduation.

IMPORTANT:

Please ensure that the spelling of your name as stated on the Clic & Convocation website is correct to avoid any errors in the printing of certificates. If there are any errors, please provide feedback by email to exam@mmu.edu.my with the required documentation before 30 October 2024.

Failing to do so will result in a charge of RM150.00 for re-printing certificates.

Ensure that you have paid all fees and settled any outstanding dues before proceeding with registration.
